Every property is different, so we'll give you a clear figure after your free income audit.
Do I keep ownership of my property?
Yes. You stay the legal owner, and you keep the property insured and cover repairs and maintenance. We market and operate it as serviced accommodation on your behalf.
My property isn't set up for guests yet. Can you help?
Yes. We offer setup packages where we furnish and decorate the property for you. We'll go through what's needed at the consultation.
Do you provide cleaning?
We can arrange cleaners and other services, but cleaning costs aren't included in our price. What you need depends on the property, so we'll go through it at the consultation.
How will I know it's working?
We measure the 30 days before we take over and the first 30 days after, and you get a monthly owner report that shows the same figures.
Can you guarantee more bookings?
No. Every property is different, and seasonality and the local market play a part. What we can promise is to show you the real numbers.
What if my listing is already doing well?
The audit is still worth doing. It's free, and it often finds smaller wins such as better pricing, add-ons and direct bookings.
