Common questions

A few practical answers.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

At Amberwood Drive, Algernon Road and Doctor's Lane, check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Algernon Road and Doctor's Lane use a lockbox for self check-in. At Meadow Croft, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 12pm (noon).

Are pets allowed?

Amberwood Drive is dog-friendly. Please keep dogs off the furniture, and a fee may apply for large dogs. Meadow Croft can take one pet on request. For Algernon Road and Doctor's Lane, ask us before you book.

Can I have an invoice?

Yes. Invoices are available on request, which is useful for contractor and business stays. Ask when you book, or email us after your stay.

Where do you operate?

We manage properties across the UK. Our current homes are in Greater Manchester and Melton Mowbray, and we assess each new area case by case, so get in touch to talk about yours.
